EXCHANGES

So you've received your product as a gift or bought yourself something and the fit is a little too snug. Don't stress as we do allow for exchanges provided that the product is in brand new condition and still has its swing tag attached in the original manner and in the original packaging. We also kindly ask that you submit your exchange form below within 14 days of receiving the product. With regards to the exchange procedure, BeanBagTheBrand will be more than willing to collect the incorrect sized product from you free of charge however we will ask you to pay for the shipping of the new size to be sent to you. We see it as a 50 | 50 deal between customer and seller! Please do take note that shipping costs are non refundable :)
N.B. BeanBagTheBrand does not allow for exchanges/returns for customers outside of South Africa, the exchange of "free gift items" offered when checking out or the exchanging of clearance sale items.
VERY IMPORTANT
Please ensure that the product is tried on before submitting an exchange! If we received a rand for every mom, girlfriend or granny who says "it looks too big" and then it ends up fitting perfectly we would be the richest person on the planet. Don't jump the gun, try it on, then make the submission if need be.
