Don't stress as we do allow for exchanges provided that the product is in brand new condition and still has its swing tag attached in the original manner and in the original packaging. We also kindly ask that you submit your exchange form below within 14 days of receiving the product. With regards to the exchange procedure, BeanBagTheBrand will be more than willing to collect the incorrect sized product from you free of charge however we will ask you to pay for the shipping of the new size to be sent to you.
